1. Clerk: 1681 Nos. (UR-841, BC-202, EBC-302, SC-269, ST-17, Female candidates of reserved category-50)
Educational Qualification: Graduate i.e. B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. or equivalent degree.
Candidates should have proficiency in computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5, 200/- Rs.20, 200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2, 400/-
2. Deposition Writer-cum- Typist-cum- Clerk: 936 Nos. (UR-468, BC-112, EBC-169, SC-150, ST-09, Female candidates of reserved category-28)
Educational Qualification: Graduate i.e. B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. or equivalent degree.
Candidate must have knowledge of Hindi or English typing with minimum speed should be 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English on Computer
Candidates should have proficiency in computer.
Candidate who have knowledge of both English and Hindi typing will be given weightage.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5, 200/- Rs.20, 200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2, 400/-
3. Stenographer Hindi / English / Bilingual: 1057 Nos. (UR-529, BC-127, EBC-190, SC-169, ST-10, Female candidates of reserved category-32)
Educational Qualification: Graduate i.e. B.A/B.Sc./B.Com or equivalent degree.
Candidates must have knowledge of Stenography in English/Hindi and minimum speed in stenography shall be at the rate of 80 words per minute in English and 60 words per minute in Hindi with typing speed at the rate of 45 words per minute in English and 35 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
Candidates should have proficiency in computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5, 200/- Rs.20, 200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2, 400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for BC/EBC and Female candidates of reserved category.
Candidates’ Selection:
i) For Clerk: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Viva -Voce Test.
ii) For Deposition Writer-cum-Typist-cum-Clerk: Selection of the candidates will be through online typing test / online objective type test and Interview.
iii) For Stenographer Hindi / English / Bilingual: Selection of the candidates will be though online shorthand and typing test of both English and Hindi followed by online test of English / Hindi and Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO CIVIL COURT AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
