1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 01 No.
For NFBSFARA Project entitled “Genomics for augmenting fibre quality improvement in jute.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology including relevant basic sciences.
Desirable Qualification— Net qualified.
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 01 No.
For TMJ Project No.6 entitled “Up scaling and refinement of microbial retting consortium and popularization of microbial formulation mediated retting among farmers.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology
Desirable Qualification— Two or three years working experience in any reputed laboratory or working experience in field related activities.
Age Limit: mximum 35 years in case of Men and 40 years for Women.
Scale of Pay: Rs.16000/- initial pay plus other allowances as per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Walk-in-Interview which will be held at Central Research Institute for Jute & Allied Fibres, (H.Q.), Barrackpore (Saheb Bagan bus stop on Barrackpore Barasat Road)
Date and Time: 28/11/2014 and 29/11/2014 for NFBSFARA Project and TMJ Project respectively at 10 A.M.
