Applications are invited from the eligible candidates having requisite qualifications for engagement of Project Assistants, Project Associate-I & Project Associate-II (purely temporary positions under different time-bound projects). Advertisement No.: PA/010223/NU/R&A-II. Interviews for the same positions have been planned between 01st and 08th February 2023 at CSIR-CIMFR Nagpur Research Center, Nagpur ( Maharashtra). Note:
- Candidate should read the advertisement properly and fill up a hard copy of the application in the prescribed form mentioning the Advertisement no. and date, Name of Candidate, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Percentage, Year of Passing, Category, Address, Mobile Number, Email address, Experience, if any. In their application form, all the required certificates i.e. mark sheets, etc. should be attached and produced on the date of Walk-In-Interview.
- Candidates are also requested to carry the conversion formula of CGPA/DGPA/OGPA into the percentage of their respective University/Institution. Until they establish their eligibility, as per the requirement of Advertisement, they would not be allowed to appear in Walk-in-Interview.
- Candidates, who are enrolled in any of the regular study courses anywhere in India, on or before the date of the Walk of Interview, would not be considered as eligible candidates for any of the advertised posts. In case, any candidate is found doing any “Full Time Regular Courses” during the period of engagement at CSIR-CIMFR, their engagement will be terminated immediately and suitable panel action will be taken against them.
- Selected Candidate(s) will be engaged for a period of 6 Months or One year initially or up to the completion of the project period, whichever may be earlier. The total engagement duration should not exceed more than 05 years, which includes periods in different projects at different laboratories of CSIR/CIMFR. Selected Candidate shall invariably mention Advertisement/Notification No. during any correspondence/communication with the CSIR-CIMFR Office.
- Selected Candidates may be deputed at Institute’s premises or also at the Project Site as per the need of project work. After joining of selected candidate(s), accommodation facility will be made available or otherwise, and House Rent Allowance will be payable as decided by the concerned committee.
- Candidates must report at the mentioned place of Interview up to 11.30 am physically on the date of the Interview. The duration of the Interview process will depend upon the number of candidates on that particular date.
