1. JUNIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT (GEN & S&P)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (SC-1; OBC-4; EWS-1; UR-6)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ 12th Pass/ PUC or its equivalent with typewriting speed of 35 words per minute in English OR 30 words per minute on Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 27/12/2020
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
2. JUNIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT (F&A)
No. of Vacancies: 5 Nos. (OBC-1; UR-4)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ 12th Pass/ PUC or its equivalent with Accountancy as one of the subject and typewriting speed of 35 words per minute in English OR 30 wpm in Hindi on computer
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 27/12/2020
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
3. JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 7 Nos. (SC-1; OBC-2; EWS-1; UR-3)
Educational Qualification: 10+2/ 12th Pass/ PUC or its equivalent with a speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand in English and Transcription in 50 minutes AND 35 wpm in type-writing in English on Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 27/12/2020
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Desirable for above posts: Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with proven working knowledge of computers preferable in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Written Test and Computer/ Steno typing test wherever applicable.
