Union Bank of India is recruiting “Customer Relationship Executive” on Contract Basis of 2 years through Union Bank Recruitment Project – CRE-2011. Graduate done candidates may apply for the post. Details given below-

Name of the post: Customer Relationship Executive
Number of Vacancies: 370 nos. (General-184; OBC-100; SC-55 in: ST-31) among them PWD-15 nos.

Qualification Required: Graduate candidate in either arts/science or commerce 60% marks in the final year of degree course (55% for SC/ST, OBC/PWD candidates) and should be an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in management from a Institution having approval of AICTE.
The preference will be given to the candidates who have IRDA and AMFI Certificate.

Age Limit: candidates should be within 21 years to 30 years as on 4 October, 2011.

Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000

The job will be given on contract basis which will be of two years, may be increased later on the performance of individuals. Candidates should have good communication skills, pleasant Manners and conferencing abilities with creative bent of mind and drive will be preferred

Selection of the Candidates: Shortlisted candidates may be called for Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview but if number of applicant increase is then there may be written test and then Group Discussion followed by Interview.
Written test will be Objective Type of 250 questions of 250 marks on the following topics – (I) Test of Reasoning; (II) General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry; (III) Test of English Language and (IV) Test of Computer Knowledge.
Group discussion will be of 50 marks and personal interview will be of 50 marks.

The Examination centre of written test will be informed to the candidate through Call Letters. Written test may either held online or off-line on dated 11 December, 2011. Candidates may download their Call Letter from banks website –http://unionbankofindia.co.in after dated 28 November, 2011.

Candidates should have their own valid e-mail ID or may create a new one before applying online as well as they can print out the application fee challan. Through these challan candidates should deposit the Application Fee of Rs. 300 (Rs. 50 for SC/ST and PH candidates) from any Branch of Union Bank of India.
After depositing the application fee, candidates can revisit the bank’s website and fill the online Application Form as instructed.
Candidates should note down System Generated Application Registration Number and Password. After submitting the application form candidates should make 2nos. Print-out of computer generated application form. There is no need to send any documents by post. Original copy of fee challan, computer-generated application form and all the required educational documents should be produced during Interview.
