CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
i) Graduation.
ii) Proficiency in Hindi, English and local language.
iii) Candidate should possess Computer proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Experience: Minimum 01 year experience of airlines/ reputed travel agency or diploma from IATA/ Recognized training institute in ticketing/ reservation/ sales (Aviation).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.21000 per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
The vacancies are for Raipur Station of Northern Region. The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract basis initially for a period of Five (05) years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Professional Competency Assessment (PCA).
