Eligibility Criteria for CWC Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification and Experience:-
General Manager (General) –
- For officers of Indian Railways in IRTS service and other Government services:-
The officer should have practical experience in marketing, commercial and terminal development, and management in Indian Railways. - Services and Executives from other Government Structure PSUS/ PSES for Officers:-
Relevant experience in marketing, operational activities in commercial, warehousing, road transport/business, and supply chain management services.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 56 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Pay Scale – Rs.1,00,000-3%-2,60,000(E-7)/- revised IDA scale
Selection Process for CWC Recruitment 2024
The candidate will be screened by a screening committee nominated by the competent authority. The selection process by judging various aspects of work experience and professional knowledge etc. is as follows on 100 point scale:
(i) Work Experience and Professional Knowledge – 30 Marks
(ii) Communication Skills – 20 Marks
(iii) Leadership Traits – 20 Marks
(iv) Temperament/ Mental Stability – 15 Marks
(v) Enthusiasm/ Energy for Success – 15 Marks
