Central Water Commission (CWC), Ministry of Water Resources, RD & GR is inviting application for 37 posts of Skilled Work Assistant (Erstwhile known as Khalasi). Skilled Work Assistant (SWA)
No. of Vacancies: 37 Nos. (SC-16; ST-04 & OBC -17)

 

Educational Qualification: Matriculation passed or ITI or equivalent
Desirable Qualification: Good knowledge in Swimming and Plying of boat.

 

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as on last date of receipt of application. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years and others as per govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/-per month and Grade Pay Rs.1800/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
