National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases (NITRD) is recruiting eligible candidates for 07 posts of Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Senior Project Research Fellow, Project Technician (Field Worker), Laboratory Technician and Data Entry Operator. The vacancies are in an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) funded project entitled “Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of a Combination regimen of Bedaquiline, Delamanid, Linezolid and Clofazimine in Adults with Pre-extensive (Pre-XDR) and Extensively Drug-resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis (XDR-TB): Prospective Cohort Study”. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for One year, extendable till the completion of project. 1. MEDICAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS degree from a recognized University.
Desirable: Preference will be given to those candidates working in field of Tuberculosis/ with PG degree.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 90,000/- per month.
2. STAFF NURSE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Nursing and registered with any State Nursing Council.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 31,500/- per month.
3. SENIOR PROJECT RESEARCH FELLOW
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BDS/ M.Sc. (Life Sciences) with two years research experience.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
4. PROJECT TECHNICIAN (FIELD WORKER)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass in Science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or PMW or Radiology/ Radiography or related subject or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/ laboratory experience or animal house keeping in Government recognized organization.
B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 03 years experience.
Desirable: Experience in clinical trials/ surveys and having own transportation for visiting the field.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 18,000/- per month.
5. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass in Science subjects and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/ laboratory experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 18,000/- per month.
6. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Intermediate or 12th pass from recognized Board.
Desirable: Preference would be given to Science subjects and knowledge of Computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 18,000/- per month.
