Candidates’ Selection:
For MTs (Ops/ Tech/ Materials): Selection of the candidates will be based on valid GATE score and GD / Interview. Candidates having valid GATE Score may only apply for the posts of Management Trainees for the above disciplines.
For HR Post there will also be a Written Test followed by Group Discussion/ Interview.
Candidates selected for the post of MTs (Ops/Tech/Materials/HR) will be on training for a period of one year during which stipend Rs.30, 000/- pm will be paid.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of DCIL.
