1. Deputy Director (Public Relation): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: PG Diploma or Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relation/Advertisement or equivalent AND 06 years Journalism experience in a responsible capacity in a Newspaper/News Agency(Print or Electronic media) of repute or equivalent, experience of publicity and public relation work in a Govt. Department or Commercial Publicity Organisation of repute.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- – Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay: Rs.6600/-

 

2. Deputy Director (Planning): 07 Nos. (UR-5; SC-1; OBC-1)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics and Post graduation in Planning with specialization in any of the field of Town/City/Urban/Housing/Transport/ Environmental Planning AND At least 05 years experience in a planning office in development authority or local body or in a Government Undertaking.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- – Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay: Rs.6600/-

 

3. Assistant Director (Planning): 12 Nos. (UR-8; SC-1; OBC-3)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics and ii)Post graduation in Planning with specialization in any of the field of Town/City/Urban/Housing/Transport/Environmental Planning
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- – Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-

 

4. Assistant Director (Ministerial): 15 Nos. (UR-09; SC-02; ST-01; OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel, HR, Industrial Relation, Real Estate/Urban Management, Finance & Marketing.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- – Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4800/-

 

5. Assistant Accounts Officer: 80 Nos. (UR-41; SC-12; ST-6; OBC-21)
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS)/ ICWA/ Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- – Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4800/-

 

6. Legal Assistant: 24 Nos. (UR-15; SC-3; ST-1; OBC-5) (Out of total – PWD-3)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent AND 03 years’ experience at Bar.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- – Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4600/-

 

7. Assistant Section Officer (ASO) (Erstwhile Assistant): 80 Nos. (UR-42; SC-11; ST-6; OBC-21)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and Computer proficiency.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 20/06/2016

8. Sectional Officer (Horticulture): 101 Nos. (UR-55; SC-19; ST-4; OBC-23) (Out of total vacancies, PWD-03)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry.

9. Junior Engineer (Civil): 240 Nos. (UR-83; SC-41; ST-20; OBC-96) (Out of total, PWD-03)

10. Junior Engineer (Elect./ Mechanical): 59 Nos. (UR-30; SC-9; ST-4; OBC-16)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 27yrs as on 20/06/2016

11. Junior Translator (Official Language) (Erstwhile Jr. Hindi Translator): 06 Nos. (UR-3; SC-1; ST-1; OBC-1)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master’s Degree from recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level.
Candidates should have recognized Diploma/Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/State Government offices / Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30yrs. as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- – Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-

 

12. Stenographer Grade-D: 30 Nos. (UR-12; SC-3; ST-10; OBC-5)
Educational Qualification: 12th class or equivalent and ability to take Dictation at the speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand for 10 minutes and transcription of same within 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on Computer.
Desirable – Preference to be given to such persons who have acquired Diploma in Office Management & Secretarial Practice from any recognized institution.
Age Limit: Between 18 to 27yrs as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-

 

13. Patwari: 20 Nos. (UR-10; SC-3; ST-1; OBC-6)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any disciplines from any recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable – Proficiency in Computer/ Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi.
Age Limit: Between 21 to 27yrs as on 20/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Online competitive examination. There will be Stenography test/ Computer proficiency test, wherever applicable.

The online examination as well as Computer Proficiency Test or Skill Test (as applicable), will be held at the centers located in Delhi/NCR only.

Tentative month of Examination is August 2016 onwards.

The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-admission certificate three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e-admission certificate will be made available on the DDA’s website – www.dda.org.in, for downloading by candidates.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Delhi Development Authority

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Fee Challan/Pay-in Slip will be generated automatically upon submission of Part-I of online application. See officially released advertisement for more details.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF ALL FEMALE CANDIDATES, SC/ST AND PWD CANDIDATES.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Delhi Development Authority — www.dda.org.in (See link to Application form given below) from dated 21/05/2016 to 20/06/2016

If a candidate wants to apply for more than 1 (one) post, he/she needs to apply separately for all such posts.

Online Application form is available in two parts, i.e. Part-I and Part-II. Candidates can proceed to Part-II application after submitting Part-I and fee deposition. (See PDF file given below for application’s instruction)

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form (Part-II), the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
