Delhi Technological University (Formerly Delhi College of Engineering) is recruiting for 83 Non-Teaching Posts of – Section Officer, Sr. Office Assistant, Office Assistant, Jr. Office Assistant and Stenographer (Grade-II/III), by direct mode of recruitment. 1. Section Officer: 2nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Master’s degree with atleast six years of experience in the related field OR Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of experience in the related field
Knowledge of computer application is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade pay: Rs.4800
2. Senior Office Assistant: 7 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of experience in the related field
Computer application course of atleast 6 months duration is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade pay: Rs.4200
3. Office Assistant: 22 Nos. (Gen—13; SC—3; ST—1; OBC—5)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent with atleast two years of experience in the related field and Data Entry Speed of atleast 8000 key depressions per hour and Certificate in computer applications of atleast six months duration.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.2400
4. Junior Office Assistant: 42 Nos. (Gen—22; SC—6; ST—3; OBC—11)
Qualification: Bachelor degree and Data Entry Speed of atleast 8000 key depression per hour.
Certificate/diploma in computer application is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900
5. Stenographer Grade-II: 3 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree and Speed of 100 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting in English.
Preference will be given to those, who possess the Diploma Certificate in Secretarial Practice.
Basic knowledge of computer operations is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade pay: Rs.4200
6. Stenographer Grade-III: 7 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Class 12 or equivalent and Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting in English.
Preference will be given to those, who possess the Diploma/ Certificate in Secretarial Practice.
Bachelors Degree and Basic knowledge of Computer operations is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.2400
Age Limits: Candidates must be below 35yrs as on last date of application, i.e. 06.05.2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs, PH—10yrs and Others— as per norms.
