1. LICENSED BUILDING SURVEYOR (CLASS II)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have not less than two years experience.
OR
ii) Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least five years experience.
2. LICENSED BUILDING SURVEYOR (CLASS I)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have not less than five years experience.
OR
ii) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least ten years experience.
3. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (CLASS II)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least three years experience.
OR
Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least five years experience.
4. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (CLASS I)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least three years experience.
OR
Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least ten years experience.
5. GEO-TECHNICAL ENGINEER (CLASS II)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Geo-Technical Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least three years experience.
OR
Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least seven years experience.
6. GEO-TECHNICAL ENGINEER (CLASS I)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Geo-Technical Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least five years experience.
OR
Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and may have at least ten years experience.
7. STRUCTURAL REVIEWER
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized University or an equivalent engineering qualification and with at least ten years experience.
The vacancies are under Municipal Engineering Directorate, Govt. of West Bengal for different Municipalities within the state of West Bengal namely Purba Bardhaman, Paschim Bardhaman, Howrah, Hooghly and Birbhum.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
