Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline, preferably Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR or Personnel Management/ Administration from recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Must have worked at the rank of AGM and above in Banks or equivalent position in Financial Institutions in HR/ Admin department.
ii) Candidate should have a good command over English and must be good in inter-personal and HR relations.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Operations.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 01/01/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.80000 per month.
The candidate will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of Two (02) years and may be renewed subsequently subject the performance of the candidate.
