1. DEPUTY MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MBA (Full time) with First Class from a recognised University and First class in Graduate Degree from a recognised University.
ii) A good understanding of basic management principles, Government effective interpersonal communication, oral & written skills in English language and working knowledge in Computers, especially MS Office.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years’ post qualification experience.
Desirable: Previous experience of managing projects and proficiency in project preparation. Extra credit will be given for post qualification work experience in the Government sector.
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/06/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.42500 — Rs.87000
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBA (Full time) with First Class from a recognised University/ Institution and First class in Graduate Degree from a recognised University.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01/06/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20000 per month
3. DRIVER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Pass in 10th Standard from a recognised Board.
ii) Possession of a Valid Driving License for Light Motor Vehicles (Four Wheeler).
iii) Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle).
Experience: Experience in driving Light Motor Vehicles (Four Wheeler) for a period of 07 to 10 years.
Desirable: Five years’ Service experience as Driver in State Government Departments/ Agencies.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/06/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.27800 — Rs.59400
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for SC/ST category.
The candidates will be appointed on Permanent/ Contract basis.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Driving Test (including knowledge of motor mechanisms and eligibility to remove minor defects), Group Discussion and Interview wherever applicable.
