For the Project Manager (DGM level), candidates should either hold Senior Scale (Level-11) posts in the Central/State Government or have 10 years of service in Group B and hold cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre. Alternatively, candidates from PSU should be working in an analogous grade in the relevant discipline or in the Rs. 70000-200000 (IDA) (E4) grade with four years of service in the grade.
