Educational Qualification:
(i) Stenographer Grade II: Higher Secondary pass or equivalent qualification. Candidates must have ability to take dictation at 80wpm for 10minutes and transcription of same in Computer with in 50minutes in English or 65minutes in Hindi.
(ii) Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Higher Secondary pass or equivalent qualification. Candidates must have typing speed of 35wpm in English or 30wpm in Hindi on Computer.
(iii) Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade [CMTD(OG)]: Matriculation Pass. Candidates should posses a valid Driving Licenses for driving Cars and Heavy Vehicles with at least 2 years experience in driving.
(iv) Multi Tasking Staff (Peon, Watchman, Safalwala): Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): For Steno Grade II & LDC: Minimum- 18years and maximum-27years AND For CMTD (Ord Grade) & MTS: Minimum- 18years and maximum-25years as on Last date of receipt of application.
Upper age limit is relax able by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Pay Scales (For all above posts/discipline): Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade pay -Rs.1900/- for all posts except Steno. Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade pay Rs.2400/- in case of Stenographer Grade II
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Skill Test wherever applicable.
