1. District ICTC Supervisor: 1 (UR)
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development and working knowledge of computers. Candidates should also possess valid driving license and shall have minimum 3yrs experience as counselor in the field.
Age: upto 60yrs as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.16,200/-
2. M & E Assistant: 1 (UR)
Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge and 02yrs experience in handling data. Candidates should have proficiency in English and local language. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of National AIDS Control Programme.
Age: upto 60yrs as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.12,700/-
3. Accountant: 1 (UR)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce and knowledge of computer (covering MS Office, Tally, etc) AND 02yrs experience in Accounts. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of National AIDS Control Programme.
Age: upto 60yrs as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.12,700/-
4. ICTC Counsellor: 7 posts (UR—4; ST—1; OBC-A—1; OBC-B—1)
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with atleast 01 years of experience in the field OR Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing or other expertise with atleast 03yrs of experience in the field. Applicants shall have working knowledge of computer.

Remuneration: Rs.13,000/-
5. ICTC Lab Technician: 6 posts. (UR—1; SC—2; ST—1; OBC-A—1; OBC-B—1)

8. GNM: 1 (SC)
Qualification: Only retired GNM are eligible to apply.
Age: upto 61yrs as on 01.02.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.11,340/-
9. Lady Medical Officer: 1 (UR)
Qualification: MBBS Doctor. Preference will be given to candidates with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in G&O. Experience—Paediatrics and similar experience.
Age: upto 62yrs.
Remuneration: Rs.40,000/-
The engagement to the above said posts will be purely on contractual basis and will be under various programmes, viz. – National AIDS Control Program, RCH & Thalessemia Control Unit (TCU) in the Department of Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jalpaiguri.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Test and Interview, whereas selection to the posts of Lady MO and GNM will be through Interview only. Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of Qualification and Experience.
