1. General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree & MCI students must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
Desirable: 1 year house staff ship or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Below 65 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.40000/- per month.
2. Block Accounts Manager (BAM): 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with advance knowledge of Computer especially in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing and Accounting Software e.g. Tally.
Technical Knowledge: Working Skill in LAN Environment.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.16860/- per month.
3. Block Data Entry Operator: 02 Nos. (SC-01 & ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and having 1 year Diploma/Certificate course in Computer Application.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Computer covering MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet with having typing of 30wpm.
Working Experience: 3 years experience in Govt Sector or 5 years experience in Pvt Sector.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.13560/- per month.
4. Data Entry Operator: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and having 1 year Diploma/Certificate course in Computer Application.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Computer in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet with having typing of 30wpm.
Working Experience: 3 years experience in Govt Sec or 5 years experience in Pvt Sec.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.13560/- per month.
5. Data Entry Operator (Adolescent): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and having 1 year Diploma/Certificate course in Computer Application.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Computer in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet with having typing of 30wpm.
Working Experience: 3 years experience in Govt Sec or 5 years experience in Pvt Sec.

6. Lab. Technician (ICTC): 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with 1 year Experience.
OR
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years experience.
Other Required: Working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: upto 60 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: 13000/- per month.
7. Counsellor (ICTC): 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing with 1 year experience in field of counselling in Health Sector, Preferably on HIV/AIDS.
OR
Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing with 3 years experience in field of counselling in Health Sector, Preferably on HIV/AIDS.
Other Required: Working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Upto 60 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: 13000/- per month.
8. Counsellor (Blood Bank): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development.
Desirable: Good knowledge of Computer & Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Age Limit: Upto 60 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: 13000/- per month.
9. Counsellor (ST): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development.
Desirable: Good knowledge of Computer & Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Age Limit: Upto 60 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: 13000/- per month.
Note: For the posts in Sl.No. 3, 4 & 5 candidate must be resident of Malda distric.
Age Relaxation: The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years; OBC is 3 years; PWD is 10 years and others as per govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Test (wherever applicable) and Interview. Exact Date, Time and venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
