District Health & Family Welfare Samiti (DH&FWS), North 24 Parganas , is recruiting 04 Data Entry Operator and Accounts Personnel on contractual basis under National Health Mission. DH&FWS, NORTH 24 PARGANAS INVITES APPLICATION FOR 04 POSTS OF DATA ENTRY OPERATOR/ ACCOUNTS PERSONNEL. LAST DATE — 31.05.2015  Extended to 09/06/2015

 

1. Data Entry Operator (DEO): 03 Nos, (Gen-02 & OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate and having at least 1 year Diploma/Certificate course in Computer Application.

Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Computers (covering MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet) and having typing speed of 30wpm.

Experience: 3 years experience in Govt. Sector OR 5 years experience in Data Recording and Data Analysis in Private Sector and preferably having experience in handling of Official correspondence.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 1st date of years of publication. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years as per govt. norms.

Remuneration: Rs.13560/- per month.

 

2. Accounts Personnel: 01 Nos. (Gen)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and advanced knowledge of Computers especially in i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Internet browsing and accounting software & Tally.
Technical knowledge working skill in LAN Environment.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 1st date of years of publication. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years as per govt. norms.

Remuneration: Rs.16860/- per month.

 

Candidates should be resident of the respective district for which he/she is applying.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of Academic Qualification and Computer Test. Exact Date, Time and Venue for Computer Test will be intimated in due course.
