1. General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS from recognized institution under MCI.
Age Limit: upto 65 years as on 01/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month per month.
2. Medical Officer (MO): 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS from recognized institution with one year compulsory internship. Must be registered under MCI only.
Age Limit: upto 63 years as on 01/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month per month.
3. Lab Technician : 05 Nos. (SC-1; ST-1; UR-3)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Math and Diploma in Medical Lab Technician (DMLT) recognized by WB State Medical Faculty/ AICTE.
Candidates should have knowledge in Computer, MS Office, Internet.
Age Limit: upto 40 years as on 01/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9380/- per month per month.
4. District Consultant (Quality Assurance): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate with Master’s in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA full time or equivalent) with 02 years experience in the filed.
Age Limit: upto 40 years as on 01/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000/- per month per month.
5. District Consultant (Public Health): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate with degree/ diploma in Health Management with 02 years relevant work experience.
Age Limit: upto 40 years as on 01/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000/- per month per month.
6. District Consultant (Quality Monitoring): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics with academic record. Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Work experience is preferred.
Age Limit: upto 40 years as on 01/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000/- per month per month.
7. Facility level Quality Manager: 03 Nos.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.35000/- per month per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of academic qualification/ test/ experience and /or Interview. Weightage will be given to candidates who have higher qualification and experience.
The posts are purely contractual in nature with initial period up to 31/03/2015. The contractual period may be extended further on basis of satisfactory performance of the candidates.
