- DISTRICT CONSULTANT (PUBLIC HEALTH)

Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing Graduate with degree / diploma in Health Management.
Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2000/ Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen by a reputed organisation will be preferable.
Experience: Two years of relevant work experience.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
- DISTRICT PPM COORDINATOR (RNTCP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate in Social Science / Mass Media / Communication/ Rural Development/ Advocacy/ Partnerships related field.
ii) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
iii) Basic knowledge of Computer.
iv) Candidates must have obtained 50% marks in all requisite qualification starting from Madhyamik / Secondary onwards.
Experience: One year experience of working in field of Communication / ACSM / Public Private Partnership/Health Projects / Programmes. Preference will be given to those who have worked in RNTCP.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19,000/- per month.
- TB HEALTH VISITOR

Educational Qualification: Graduate from any discipline or HS (10+2) / equivalent with experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/certificate or higher course in Health Education/ Counselling or Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s recognised course.
Basic knowledge of Computer 50% marks in all requisite qualification starting from Madhyamik / Secondary on wards.
Preferential: Training course for MPW or recognised Sanitory Inspector’s Course.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month.
- COUNSELOR (ICTC) (PROGRAMME HEAD – NACP)

Experience: One year experience after PG Degree / Diploma of working in the field of Counselling in Health sector preferably in HIV/AIDS.
Three years experience after graduation in the field of Counselling in Health sector preferably in HIV / AIDS.
Age Limit: Minimum-20 years and maximum-60 years as on 01/01/2018.

- LAB TECHNICIAN ICTC (PROGRAMME HEAD- NACP)
No. of Vacancies: 13 Nos. (UR-06, SC-03, ST-01, OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technician (B.Sc.)
ii) Certificate Course in Computer of minimum six months.
Experience: i) Minimum one year experience OR DMLT (course of atleast two years duration from Govt. Recognised Institution).
ii) Minimum two years experience.
Age Limit: Minimum-20 years and maximum-60 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- per month.
- GNM (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: GNM from an Institute recognised by the West Bengal Nursing Council.
Candidates should have proficiency in Local Language.
Age Limit: Maximum-64 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,220/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Test and Interview.
