Sr. Manager – Capacity Building	Candidate must have Passed a Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering	6 years of experience in training and development
Manager – Training Management	Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline	(i) 5 years of experience in training and development preferably as training (ii) Experience with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. (iii) Proficient in MS Office.
Deputy General Manager – Training Development	Candidate must have Passed a Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering	9 years of experience in training and development Certifications in related skills.
Assistant Manager – Training Coordinator	Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline	(i) Minimum 1 year of experience as training coordinator or similar role. (ii) Good knowledge of MS Office. (iii)Good verbal and written communication skills.
Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts	Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounts or MBA (Finance)	1 year of post-qualification experience in public accounting
