District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Malda, is recruiting eligible female candidates for the post of – Cook and Sahayika / Attendant at Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre, Moulpur RH, Old Malda, Malda. The vacancies are on contractual basis. Interested applicants may appear themselves at the below mentioned venue along with Application form and testimonials. 1. COOK
Number of Vacancies: 1 Nos. (Unreserved)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.5000/- per month
2. SAHAYIKA/ ATTENDANT
Number of Vacancies: 4 Nos. (SC—1; ST—1; Unreserved—2)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.3500/- per month
N.B: Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Candidates must be maximum 40yrs as on 01-01-2013.
The engagement will be purely on contract basis.
Candidates will be selected through Written examination (followed by Viva – voce) which will be Objective type with Multiple Choice Question.
Test will be held on 10th November, 2013. Time and venue will be intimated to the candidates through Admit card.
Total marks allotted for the Selection Test is 100 marks (80 marks for Written test and 20 marks for Viva voce)
Written Test will be consist of following topics basis on Madhyamik standards and basic concept on health, nutrition and counseling — Bengali, English, Mathematics and General Knowledge.
There will be no negative marking for wrong answer. Qualified candidates from written test will be called for Viva-voce.
