CMOH District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Birbhum is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 04 posts of Medical Officer, District Programme Coordinator, District PPM and District PMDT & TB / HIV Coordinator. Selected candidates will be engaged on Contractual basis under Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme (RNTCP). DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITI, BIRBHUM IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 04 POSTS OF MEDICAL OFFICER, DISTRICT PROGRAMME COORDINATOR, DISTRICT PPM AND DISTRICT PMDT & TB / HIV COORDINATOR. LAST DATE — 21/02/2016

 

1. Medical Officer: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree.
Candidates must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
Preferential Qualification: Diploma / MD Public Health / Tuberculosis & Chest diseases.
One year experience in RNTCP.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years as on 01.02.2016

 

2. District Programme Coordinator: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Experience: At least one year of experience.
Preferential Qualification: Candidates who have worked in the field of Development / Health at District / State Level.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years as on 01.02.2016.

 

3. District PPM (Public Private Mix) Coordinator: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate
Experience: One year Experience of working in field of Communication / ACSM / Public-Private Partnership / Health Projects / Programs.
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license and able to drive two wheeler
Preferential Qualification: Candidates who have worked in RNTCP.
Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Master holder’s in Social Sciences / Mass Media / Communication / Rural Development Advocacy / Partnerships / related field.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.02.2016

 

4. District PMDT & TB / HIV Coordinator: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate.
Minimum two months Certificate Course in Computer operation.
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license and able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification: Two years of work experience under RNTCP or Five years of experience in any public health programme in a Supervisory capacity.
Candidates should have good communication skill in local language and willing to travel in the ares of work.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.02.2016

 

5. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Recognized Sanitary inspector’s course
Minimum two months Certificate Course in Computer operation.
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license and able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification: Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course and/or Degree / Diploma in Social Work or Medical Social work.
Candidates should have completion of basic training course for Multi-purpose health workers.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.02.2016

 

Note: Applicant should have obtained 50% marks in all required Qualification as per post.
