District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Paschim Medinipur is recruiting 18 candidates for the posts of Para Medical Worker (PMW) under NLEP, Paschim Medinipur. PARA MEDICIAL WORKER (PMW)
Total vacancies — 18 Nos. 

Distribution of Vacancies are as follows —

1. Number of vacancies for Paschim Medinipur: 10 Nos. for the following Blocks — Midnapur Sadar, Garhbeta-II, Garhbeta-III, Salboni, Narayangarh, Keshiary, Khargapur-I and Khargapur-II. Urban — Midnapur and Khargapur Municipality.
Reservation of the vacancies: Gen—5; SC—2; OBC-A—1; OBC-B—1; ST—1

2. Number of vacancies for Jhargram Health District, Paschim Medinipur: 08 Nos. (Jhargram, Binpur-I, Binpur-II, Jamboni, Gopiballavpur-I, Gopiballavpur-II, Nayagram and Bhangagarh Blocks)
Reservation of the vacancies: Gen—4; SC—2; OBC-A—1; ST—1.

Educational Qualification: —
Higher Secondary pass and Certificate of Para Medical Worker Training.
OR
MSW/ B.Sc with 3yrs experience in the field of Health

Candidates shall have working knowledge of computer.  Preference will be given to those who have experience in Leprosy and is a resident of the block/ municipality where he/she is applying.

Age: Maximum 40yrs as on date of application. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.16000/- per month.

The engagements are on purely on contractual basis. Selection will be through Interview. Date and time of Interview will be informed by post to the shortlisted candidates.
