District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Coochbehar is recruiting 30 Nos. candidates for the posts of – Nabajatak Sahayika, Programme Assistant, Sahayika/ Attendant and Cook, i.e. four categories of staff under RCH—II of National Rural Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, on contractual basis at different Health Units in Coochbehar. Eligibility norms and criteria in brief is given below. Interested candidates may apply on prescribed Application Form—

Qualification Required: Class 10 pass female candidates (Unmarried or Widow only) residing within 3 KM of respective Health Units may apply. Candidates should have good knowledge of local language as well as English and Bengali. Candidates should be capable of working 8 to 12 hrs at stretch.
Candidates’ previous work experience in any health facility/ health programme, if any, will be taken as an added advantage. Only Female can apply.
Age limits: between 18yrs to 25yrs as on 01/08/2012.
Salary: Rs.4500 per month (during first six months of training; stipend of Rs.1500 pm will be given and Rs.2000 pm during 6months internship period.)
STAFF FOR NUTRITION REHABILITATION CENTRE at JD Hospital Campus, Cooch Behar
1. Programme Assistant: 1 Nos. (Gen, Male/ Female)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and knowledge of computer.
Remuneration: Rs.11000 pm
Age: 40yrs as on 1/8/2012.
2. Sahayika/ Attendant: 4 Nos. (Gen-2; SC—1; ST—1) Female only
Qualification: Higher Secondary passport
Remuneration: Rs.3500 pm
Age: 40yrs as on 1/8/2012
3. Cook: 1 Nos. (Gen) Female only.
Remuneration: Rs.5000 pm
Age: 40yrs as on 1/8/2012.
N.B: Preference will be given to the local candidates applying as attendant and cook.
