Name of the Post: BLOCK ASHA FACILITATOR (BAF)
Number of Vacancies: 10 Posts.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Social Work (MSW)/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Economics/ Rural Development/ Mass Communication
OR Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 2yrs experience in health projects
Preference will be given to candidates who have working experience in ASHA Programme. Candidates shall have knowledge of Computer (MS Office & Internet usage).
Applicant should be resident of Howrah Sadar Sub-division.
Remuneration: Rs.7500/- per month + Rs.1500/- as monthly mobility support.
Age Limit: Maximum 40yrs as on 01-01-2015. Upper age relaxation of 03yrs will be given to OBC candidates and relaxation of 05yrs to SC/ST candidates.
The engagement of the candidates will be on contractual basis for a period of one year but may be renewed further.
Selection will be based on merit (academic result), experience in health projects and on basis of Written Test (of 50 marks) and Computer Skill Test (25 marks). See officially released advertisement for more details.
