1. General Duty Medical Officer ( GDMO ) (both for Male and Female): 03 Nos. (OBC- A- 01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have MBBS degree and should have completed compulsory rotator internship.
Desirable:- Basic knowledge in computer and/or experience one year house staff.
Age Limit: Maximum-65 years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-40,000/- per month.
2. Medical Officer (SNCU) (both for Male and Female): 09 Nos. (( OBC-A-01, OBC-B-01, ST-01, SC-02 ))
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have MBBS degree and with one year completed compulsory rotatory internship.
Age Limit: Below 65 years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs- 45,000/- per month.
3. Medical Officer ( NUHM- Full Time ) (both for Male and Female): 06 Nos. (SC-01, OBC-A-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have MBBS degree and with one year completed compulsory rotatory internship.
Age Limit: Below 65 years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-40,000/- per month.
4. Lab. Technician ( NUHM ) (both for Male and Female): 06 Nos. (SC-01, OBC-A-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry Biology, Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology,
Desirable:- Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, internet
Age Limit: Upto 60 years ( preference will be 25 to 40 years) as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-9,380/- per month.
5. Computer Assistant ( NUHM ): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Bachelor Degree ( B.Sc., B.Com &B.A) with Diploma in computer application.
Candidates must have good knowledge in Window XP, Window 7 & Window 8, Ms-word, Excel, Access (office 2003 &2007) and Working experience in Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome and etc.
Candidates must have minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and knowledge of computer hardware, Working Skill in LAN Enviroment / Software
Age Limit: upto 40 years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-13,560/- per month.
6. Counsellor ICTC ( both for Male and Female ): 05 Nos. (SC-03, OBC-A-01, OBC-A-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed post Graduate and Diploma in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human development. Minimum One year experiences in respected Field. OR Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development Minimum Three years of experiences in respected Field.
Desirable: Candidates must have knowledge in Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum 60 years preference will be 25 to 40 years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-13,000/- per month.
7. Lab. Technician ICTC (both for Male and Female): 05 Nos. (SC-03, OBC-A-01, OBC-A-(EC)-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology ( B.Sc.) with minimum one Year experience OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology ( DMLT ) with minimum two years experience.
Candidates must have Five years of experience of working in the ICTC/ PPTCT/ ART.
Candidates must have working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum- 60 years ( preference will be 25 to 40 years) as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-13,000/- per month.
8. Nutritionist (NRC): 02 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have B.sc. or M.sc. in Foods & Nutrition or Equivalent
Desirable:- Candidates should have good Computer Knowledge.
Candidates should be able to read, Write and Speak in Bengali.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years Maximum-40 Years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-20,000/- per month.
9. GNM (NRC): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have competed B.Sc. Nursing course/ GNM Training
candidates Should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years Maximum-40 Years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs-17,220/- per month.
