DLSA & Office of District Judge, Howrah invites application for LDC, Stenographer, Group-D, Etc. Last Dt. 25/09/2013

Office of the District Judge of Howrah & DLSA — Application is invited for the posts of Lower Division Clerk cum Accountant cum Office Master, LD Asst., English Stenographer, LD Asst. cum Cashier and Group-D posts on contractual basis for the District Legal Services Authority, Howrah and Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, Uluberia. Employment Notification No.02 of 2013. Eligible Indian Citizen may apply on prescribed application format (see below). Qualification norms and brief details is given below.

1. Lower Division Asst. cum Accountant cum Office Master: 1 Nos.
Qualification: H.S. Pass and knowledge of computer operation
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000/- per month

2. Lower Division Asst. as Secretary cum Accountant: 1 Nos.
Qualification: H.S. Pass and knowledge of computer operation
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000/- per month

3. English Stenographer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: H.S. Pass and knowledge of computer operation. Candidates must have knowledge of Stenography with speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
N.B: Typing test will be on Type writer and must be brought by the candidate at their own cost. 
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000/- per month

4. L.D. Asst. cum Cashier: 2 Nos.
Qualification: H.S. Pass and knowledge of computer operation
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7500/- per month

5. L.D. Asst.: 1 Nos.
Qualification: H.S. Pass and knowledge of computer operation
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7500/- per month

6. Group—D: 3 Nos.
Qualification: Class VIII pass.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.5000/- per month

Age Limit: Minimum 18yrs and maximum 37yrs as on 01-01-2013.

The engagement to the above posts will be made purely on a temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year or till regular filling up of the posts are made, whichever is earlier.
The vacancies are for the District Legal Services Authority, Howrah and Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, Uluberia.

N.B: The candidates who have applied earlier  for the above posts on the basis of Notification No. 53/DLSA, dated—03-12-2012, is stood cancelled. So the earlier intending applicants also are required to file their applications afresh (anew).

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Type Test/ Interview, whereas applicable. See the below link for detailed advertisement.

Examination Fee: Rs.100/- for the post of Group-D and Rs.200/- for the rest of the posts. The fee is to be paid through IPO/ Bank Draft drawn in the favour of the Charman, District Recruitment Committee, Howrah and to payable at – Howrah.

Apply on prescribed application format (see the below given PDF file). The Application form must be accompanied with IPO/ Draft, Attested copies of Qualification, Age proof and etc, and One self-addressed envelope (25x11cm) with postal stamp of Rs.5/-.
Candidate must also enclose the Admit Card (prepared on separate paper) which is given along with the Application form. 

Last Date of Application: The Application form along with enclosures must reach on or before 25th Sept, 2013 by Speed Post/ Ordinary post/ Regd. Post or in person (by hand).
