Govt. of West Bengal, Office of the District Magistrate, Malda (Social Welfare Section) requires 20 Accountant, Accountant-cum-Data Manager and Data Manager. 1. Accountant: 1 Nos. (General)
Qualification: Commerce Graduate with Accountancy Honours and Certificate in Computer Application covering MS Office, Tally, Presentation packages.
Experience — Minimum 3yrs of working experience.
Salary: RS.15000/-
2. Accountant-cum-Data Manager: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Commerce Graduate and shall possess Certificate in computer application covering MS Office.
Experience — Minimum 1yr of working experience.
Salary: Rs.12000/- per month
3. Data Manager: 17 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and Certificate in computer application.
Experience — Minimum 1yr of working experience.
Salary: Rs.11000/- per month
Candidates shall be, preferably, a resident of Malda district for the posts of Accountant and Accounts-cum-Data Manager, and preferably a resident of the Sub-Division or Block/adjacent Municipality for which Sub-Division/ Block applying for, for the post of Data Manager.
Age Limit: Minimum 18yrs and maximum 37yrs as on 01-06-2014.
The engagement to the posts will be on contractual basis. Tenure of service will be of 03 years. Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test followed by viva voce or viva voce alone, depending on number of candidates. Computer test will be there in selection’s step. Date and venue will be intimated in due course.
Candidates willing to apply for more than one post shall submit each application separately.
