1. District Programme Coordinator : 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Preferential Qualification:- Candidates who have worked in the field of Development / Health at district / state level. Basic knowledge of Computer will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum- 62 years as on 01.01.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22,000/- per month.
2. District PPM Coordinator : 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post graduate with one year experience of working in related Field and Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive.
Preferential Qualification:-Candidates who have worked in RNTCP. Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Master holder in Social Science / Mass Media / Communication / Rural Development Advocacy / Partnership / related field. Basic Knowledge of Computer will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum- 40 years as on 01.01.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19,000/- per month.
3. Senior Treatment Supervisor: 17 Nos. (UR-09, SC-05,OBC-A-01,OBC-B-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Recognized Sanitary inspector’s course. Certificate course in Computer operation (minimum 2 months).Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive.
Preferential Qualification:- Tuberculosis Health Visitor recognized Degree / Diploma in social work or Medical social work. Successful completion of basic training course ( Govt. recognized) for multipurpose health worker
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum- 40 years as on 01.01.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.
4. Data Entry Operator (DEO): 03 Nos. (UR-01, PH-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and one year Diploma / Certificate course in Computer.
Technical Knowledge:- Candidates should have working knowledge in MS Office and Internet with minimum typing speed of 30wpm.
Working experience:- Candidates should have Three years experience in Govt. Sector Or Five years of experience in data recording and data analysis in private sector and referable having experience in handing of official correspondence.
Residential Status:- Candidates must be permanent resident of Purba Medinipur district.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum- 40 years as on 01.01.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 560/- per month.
5. General Duty Medical Officer: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS under MCI only
Age Limit: Upto 65 years as on 01.12.2015.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
6. Medical Officer: 03 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with one year compulsory internship Registered under MCI only.
Age Limit: Upto 63 years as on 01.12.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be on the basis Academic Qualification / Test / Experience and Interview. Candidates having higher qualification and experience will preferred.
