DISTRICT QUALITY MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (Gen-04, BC-02, SC-02, ESM-01)
Educational Qualification:

ii) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with Database Management Programme and commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
Experience: At least one year experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration. Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality system would be preferred.
Desirable:
i) Fluency in English, computer literacy, knowledge of government legislation and policies is essential.
ii) Persons having previous experience of working in NHM would have an added advantage.
iii) Should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Age Limit: Maximum 42 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period up to 31st March 2019 and may be extended based on performance of the candidates.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Haryana shall be treated as General Candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test/ Interview.
