DLSC- Murshidabad — Recruitment of 92 Executive Asst., Sahayak, Clerk, Typist, DEO for G.P & P.S Level. Last Dt. 24/02/2014

District Level Selection Committee, Murshidabad, is recruiting 92 eligible candidates for the post of – “Executive Assistant”, “Nirman Sahayak”, “Gram Panchayat Sahayak”, “Accounts Clerk”, “Clerk cum Typist” and “Data Entry Operator” for Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti level under Murshidabad District. Employment Notification No. 132(Rec)/P&RD. Eligible Indian citizen may apply for the vacancies through online mode (see below). Educational qualification norms and eligibility in brief details are given below —

DLSC, MURSHIDABAD INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR DIFFERENT POSTS AT GRAM PANCHAYAT & PANCHAYAT SAMITI LEVEL. LAST DATE – 24/02/2014.

GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL VACANCIES
1. Executive Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 22 Nos. (Gen—8; SC—6; ST—1; OBC—4)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institution.
Desirable — Post-graduate Degree or diploma in Social Works or Rural Development and experience in the social work or rural development.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600 plus other allowances as per norms.

2. Nirman Sahayak 
Number of Vacancies: 48 Nos. (Gen—26; SC—11; ST—3; OBC—8)
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Pay Scale: Rs.9000—40500 and Grade Pay: Rs.4400 plus other allowances as per norms.

3. Gram Panchayat Sahayak 
Number of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—3; ST—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Candidates having 50% marks in aggregate in Madhyamik will be preferred.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2300 plus other allowances as per norms.

PANCHAYAT SAMITI LEVEL  VACANCIES
4. Accounts Clerk
Number of Vacancies: 4 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent.
Desirable—Diploma in computer application from recognized Institutions is desirable. 

5. Clerk-cum-Typist 
Number of Vacancies: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and shall have minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600 plus other allowances as per norms.

6. Data Entry Operator
Number of Vacancies: 6 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—1; ST—1; OBC-A—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and shall have minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali AND atleast 3 months formal training in Computer from recognized Institutions having minimum speed of data entry of 6000 key depression per hour.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600 plus other allowances as per norms.

Age Limit (For all posts): Between 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

N.B: Above mentioned number of vacancies are including reservation kept for PWD and Exempted Category candidates. The benefits for reservation of vacancies and age concession for SC, ST, OBC-A, and OBCB candidates are admissible to SC, ST, OBC-A, and OBC-B candidates of West Bengal only. Such benefits are also admissible to all candidates with disabilities of 40% and above and Ex-Serviceman. The benefits of reservation are also available for the meritorious sportsperson.
SC, ST, OBC-A, and OBC-B candidates of other states will be treated as General Candidates.

Selection of the candidates will be through an Open Competitive Written Examination to be conducted by the District Level Selection Committee, Murshidabad. The Written Examination will be through MCQ method. Candidates who will qualified the Written examination will be called for Viva-voce and Computer Knowledge/ Type test (wherever applicable).
The Di s t r i c t L e v e l S e l e c t i o n Commi t t e e , Mu r s h i d a b a d wi l l p u b l i s h a notification stating the date and time of Written Examination and it will be available in the website — www.murshidabad.nic.in, in due course.
Admit card can be downloaded from website in due course.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may submit their Application form only through Online mode from the official website of Murshidabad district — www.murshidabad.nic.in (See live URL given below)
After successful submission of Online Application form, an application form along with a unique registration number will be generated thereafter automatically and will appear on the computer screen.
This registration number shall be preserved for any future reference and generation of Admit Card etc.
After filling up and submission of the application form properly, a print out of online application form shall be taken.

The print out of the filled in application form (taken from online) duly attested by the Group “A” officer of Central or State Govt. / Head Master or Head Mistress of Govt./Govt. Aided Higher Secondary or Secondary School after affixing photograph and putting signature shall have to be sent to the Chairman, D.L.S.C.& District Magistrate, Murshidabad P.O-Berhampore, Dist.-Murshidabad , Pin-742101 by Ordinary post within 04.03.2014

DO NOT ENCLOSE THE COPIES OF TESTIMONIALS (SUCH AS QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE, AGE PROOF, CASTE CERTIFICATE, ETC) WITH THE APPLICATION FORM. 

SENT THE PRINT-OUT APPLICATION ONLY THROUGH ORDINARY POST. 

Superscribe the application containing envelope with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______”.

Candidates applying for more than one post must send each print-out separately.

    • Don’t worry. Please click the link beside Registration Number field “Forgot Registration No.”, and then alternative option will be available. So you can download your Admit Card by providing your Date of Birth and Mobile Number or email id.
