Office of the District Magistrate, Birbhum for Kanyashree Prakalpa in Birbhum District, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the posts of – Accountant, Data Manager and Accounts-cum-Data Manager on contractual basis initially for 03yrs duration. Total vacancies—25 Nos. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format within scheduled date (see below). Qualification norms are as follows —
1. Accountant: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Commerce Graduate with Accountancy Honours and Certificate in Computer Application (MS Office packages/ Tally/ Presentation/Etc)
Minimum 03yrs of working experience in the field.
Age: Between 18—37yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15000/-
2. Accounts-cum-Data Manager: 2 Nos.
Qualification: Commerce Graduate and certificate in Computer Application (with MS Office packages) AND Minimum 01 year working experience.
Age: 18—37yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12000/-
3. Data Manager (Sub Divisional/ Block): 22 Nos. (One for each Sub-division and one for each Block within the Block)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and Certificate in Computer Application AND must have computer typing speed at 30 words per minute AND minimum one year working experience in the field.
Age: between 18yrs to 37yrs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.11000/-
Upper age relaxation: Age will be counted as on 01/12/2013. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.
The engagement will be on contract basis for the duration of 03 years. Selection of the candidates will be through Written examination.
Admit Cards with Date & Place of written Examination would be made available in the district website in due course as well as Admit card will be send to the eligible by post.
