Department of Psychiatry, North Bengal Medical College & Hospital, Darjeeling, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for the posts of – Programme Officer, Clinical Psychologist/ Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker, Psychiatric Nurse/ Trained General Nurse, Community Nurse, Record Keeper and Case Registry Assistant for District Mental Health Programme (DMHP), Coochbehar. WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR DIFFERENT POSTS IN DISTRICT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMME, COOCHBEHAR. WALK-IN-INTERVIEW ON 28.01.2015 & 29.01.2015
1. Programme Officer: 1 post.
Qualification: Qualified Psychiatrist i.e. MBBS with MD/DNB Psychiatry/ DPM or equivalent PG qualification or Trained Medical Officer.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50,000 for Psychiatrist and Rs.30,000/- in case of trained medical officer.

2. Clinical Psychologist/ Psychologist: 1 post.
Qualification: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/ Clinical Psychology with 3 months training in Clinical Psychology in NIMHANS, CIP, LGBRIMH Tezpur or other identified institution.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30,000 for Clinical Psychologist and Rs.18,000 in case of trained Psychologist

3. Psychiatric Social Worker: 1 post.
Qualification: M. Phil in PSW OR MSW with 3 months training in PSW in NIMHANS, CIP, LGBRIMH Tezpur or other identified institution.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30,000 for Psychiatric Social Worker and Rs.18,000 in case of trained Medical Social Worker.

4. Psychiatric Nurse/ Trained General Nurse: 1 post.
Qualification: General Nursing plus Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing or General Nurse with 01 month training in Psychiatric Nursing in NIMHANS, CIP, LGBRIMH Tezpur or other identified institution.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000 for Psychiatric Nurse and Rs.15,000 in case of General Nurse.

5. Community Nurse (Case Manager): 1 post.
