DEFENCE METALLURGICAL RESEARCH LABORATORY (DMRL), DEFENCE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION (DRDO) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 07 POSTS OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATE . LAST DATE — 31.08.2016
1. Junior Research Fellowship (Metallurgy/ Material Science): 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. with first division in any of the following branches along with NET/GATE qualification
i. Metallurgical Engineering.
ii. Materials Science and Engineering
iii. Materials Engineering
iv. Materials Technology
v. Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
OR
M.Tech./M.E. in any of the branches with first division at both B.E./ B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. levels
Desirable: Preference may be given to those who have M.Tech degree in one of the above branches.
Age Limit: Minimum-28 years and maximum-35 years as on as on the date of the interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/-p.m. for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year per month
2. Junior Research Fellowship (Physics): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics with first division along with NET/GATE qualification
Desirable: Prior research experience in educational or R&D organization
Age Limit: Minimum-28 years and maximum-35 years as on as on the date of the interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/-p.m. for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year per month
3. Research Associate (Metallurgy/ Material Science): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in any of the branches OR M.E./M.Tech. with first division in any of the branches along with 03 years of research, teaching or design and development experience with at least one research paper in a Science
Citation Index (SCI) journal.
Desirable: Preference may be given to those having a Ph.D. degree.
Age Limit: Minimum-28 years and maximum-35 years as on as on the date of the interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 40,000/- p.m. per month
4. Research Associate (Physics): 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics
Desirable: Prior research experience in the field of materials science
Age Limit: Minimum-28 years and maximum-35 years as on as on the date of the interview.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 40,000/- p.m. per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview. Interview will be held at DMRL, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058
