Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Experience:- Minimum 8 years of work experience other than internships and work experience as part of educational course/training requirements as head of technical as well as administration.
Desirable:- i) Preference will be given to candidates with LLM, MPhil, or Ph.D. In IPR
ii) Candidates with more experience than the minimum requirement.
iii) Prior work experience in various sectors and industry domain experience Copyright-related such as the audio-visual sector, the publishing sector, or the creative sector.
iv) Experience in legal matters, amendments, and international negotiations.
v) Prior experience of working in a government agency/department
Age Limit:- The candidate’s maximum age is 45 years.
