District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Bankura for Kanyashree Prakalpa, is recruiting eligible and interested candidates for the post of – Accountant, Accounts cum Data Manager and Data Manager. The engagement will be on contractual basis for 3 years. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See below). Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is given below —
1. Accountant: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Commerce graduate with Accountancy honours, and Certificate in Computer Application and ability to work in MS Office packages/ Spread Sheet, Tally and Presentation packages.
Desirable – 03 years of working experience is desirable.
Salary: Rs.15000/- per month
2. Accounts-cum-Data Manager: 02 Nos.
Qualification: Commerce Graduate and Certificate in Computer Applications and ability to work in MS Office packages.
Desirable—01 year of working experience is desirable.
Salary: Rs.12000/- per month
3. Data Manager: 23 Nos. (One in each 20 numbers of Block and one for each 3 numbers of Sub-Division)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and Certificate in Computer Application and must have typing speed of 30 words per minute in Keyboard
Desirable—01 year of working experience is desirable
Salary: Rs.11,000/- per month
Age Limit (For all above post): Minimum 18yrs and maximum 37yrs.
The engagement for the above said vacancies will be on contractual basis for 03 years duration. Contract period may be extended on sole discretion of the Authority.
The selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Practical Test (such as Computer test) and Interview.
Selection steps, Date and venue will be intimated in due course to the eligible candidates through Admit card.
Admit cards with date & place of Written Examination will be sent by post in the envelope submitted by the applicants. The admit cards will also be made available in the district website — www.bankura.gov.in from 15th February, 2014.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may prepare their Application form on plain paper neatly typing as per the given format (See the below given PDF file).
The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of eligibility such as Educational Qualification certificate, Age proof certificate, Residential certificate, Working experience proof, if any and Etc.
Candidates must also enclose one self-addressed envelope with affixed postal stamp of Rs.10/-
Attestation of the documents shall be done by Gazetted Officer or Group-A Officer.
Candidates shall provide one spare recent color passport size photograph stapled with the Application form.
The envelope containing the Application form must be superscribed with the Name of the Post applied for, Place of Posting Applied for & Name of Block/ Municipality & Name of the Sub-Division of Applicant’s residence.
The Application form in sealed envelope can be drop in the Drop Box kept at the Office premises or can be sent by Post, at the following address — Office of the District Magistrate, Social Welfare Section, Bankura.
