Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in M.Sc in Physics in first division with NET/GATE
Age Limit: 28 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- plus other allowances per month.
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (ELECTRONICS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering in first division with NET/GATE
OR
M.E/ M.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Electrical Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Age Limit: 28 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- plus other allowances per month.
3. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (INSTRUMENTATION)

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E in Instrumentation/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering in first division with NET/GATE
OR
M.E/ M.Tech in Instrumentation/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Age Limit: 28 years

4. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (MECHANICAL)

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering in first division with NET/GATE
OR
M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Age Limit: 28 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- plus other allowances per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and/or Interview.
