Eligibility Criteria Details for DRDO Recruitment 2023
Experience:
(i) Candidate must have retired officer/ officer from Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ University/ Govt. Must have minimum work experience in R&D organization and field for which he/she is applying.
(ii) Candidates having work experience in DRDO will be given preference during selection.
(iii) Candidates must have effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Age Limit & Pay Scale Details for DRDO Recruitment 2023
Age Limit:
Candidates’ upper age limit should be 63 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation as per Govt norms.
Pay Scale:
Salary details of candidates applying for multiple postcodes –
(i) Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Level 14 pay matrix Rs.1,00,000 to 2,60,000/- 7th CPC.
(ii) Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Level 11 pay matrix Rs.70,000 to Rs.2,00,000/- 7th CPC.
Note: The equivalent was prepared based on the pay matrix of the 7th CPC and the revised pay scale for PSUs. Eligibility and Remuneration/ Conveyance Allowance Objectives.
