744 TPT COY ASC Type D is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 15 posts of Driver (Ordinary Grade), Labour and Fireman. The posts are Temporary but will be made Permanent. 744 TPT COY ASC TYPE D IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 15 POSTS OF DRIVER (ORDINARY GRADE), LABOUR AND FIREMAN. LAST DATE — 09/09/2019

 

1. DRIVER (ORDINARY GRADE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (EWS)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board.
ii) Must possess civil driving license for heavy vehicles.
Experience: Two years experience of driving heavy vehicle.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 19900/- onwards.

 

2. LABOUR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (EWS)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognize University/ Board.
ii) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 18000/- onwards.

 

3. FIREMAN
No. of Vacancies: 13 Nos. (UR-09, OBC-03, EWS-01)
Educational Qualification: i) 10th Standard pass of equivalent from a recognized Board.
ii) Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguishers, hose fittings and fire appliances and equipment fire engines, trailer, pumps and foam branches.
iii) Must be familiar with the use and maintenance of first-aid fire appliances and Trailer Fire Pump.
iv) Must know elementary principles of Fire Fighting methods employed in fighting different types of fire.
v) Must be conversant with foot and appliance Fire Service Drills and be able to perform the task allotted to the members of fire crew.
Experience: Must have served in recognised Civil or Defence Fire Brigades as Fireman Grade II for a minimum period of 03 years.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 19900/- onwards.

 

Only Male candidates are eligible to apply. The posts are Temporary but will be made Permanent. The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of two years.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Physical Standards (For Fireman only):

(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 81.5 cms; Chest (expanded) — 85 cms; Weight — 50 kgs.

The candidate must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Test, Driving Test, Load Carrying Test, Endurance Test and Written Test wherever applicable. Document Verification/ Test will be held at Reception Centre (Recruitment Cell) of 744 TPT COY ASC Type ‘D’ or at a place decided by Appointing Authority.
