DSSSB Nursing Officer, Pharmacist Recruitment Eligibility 2024
For the Pharmacist position:
- B. Pharmacy from a recognized Institute, or
- 10+2 with a science stream (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognized Board.
- Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, of 1948.
For the Nursing Officer position:
- Matriculation or its equivalent.
- ‘A’ Grade certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institution.
- Certificate in Midwifery.
- Proficiency in spoken Hindustani.

DSSSB Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024 Application Fees
The application fee for the DSSSB recruitment is ₹100. However, women candidates and individuals belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), and Ex-serviceman categories are exempt from paying the application fee. The fee can be paid online through SBI e-pay during the application process. It’s important to note that once the application fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The selection process for the DSSSB recruitment involves a Computer-Based Examination, with scores normalized if needed. Invalid questions will not be considered, and candidates can raise objections during the display of Draft Answer Keys. Minimum qualifying marks are set, and tie-breaking criteria consider age and alphabetical order.
