East Central Railway, Hajipur is inviting application from the eligible Sportsperson for 21 posts against Sports Quota. i) Wrestling (Men) (FS): 01 post

ii) Wrestling (Men) (GR): 01 post

iii) Kabbadi (Men): 02 posts

Educational Qualification:

i) Grade Pay- Rs.1900/- Rs.2000/- : 12th Pass or equivalent or higher education.

ii) Grade Pay-Rs.2400/- : Intermediate in Science with Maths & Physics.

iii) Grade Pay-Rs.2800/– : Graduation or equivalent

 

Sport Eligibility Norms:

For PB-1 Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and G.P. Rs.2400/- Rs.2800/–

• Represented the country in Olympic Games (Category-A)
• OR At least 3rd position in any of the Category B Championship/events (See PDF file below)

For the post in PB-1 Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and G.P. Rs.1900/- Rs.2000/–

• Represented the country in any of the Category ’B’ Championship/events
• OR At least 3rd position in any of the Category ‘C’ Championship/events.
• OR At least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/ Junior National Championship
• OR At least 3rd position in National Games organized under aegis of Indian Olympic Association
• OR At least 3rd position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities.
• OR 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category)

 

Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on 01.01.2017

 

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900/- Rs.2000/- OR Rs.2800/- Rs.2400/-

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through will be based on performance in trial, evaluation of Sports achievements, evaluation of Educational Achievements etc.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- SC/ST/Ex servicemen/PWD, Women, Minorities and Economic Backward Classes) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of FA&CAO, East Central Railway, payable at Hajipur.
