HQ Eastern Naval Command & DGNP Visakhapatnam requires 49 Multi Tasking Staff & Driver. Last Dt. 24/03/2014 (31.03.14)

HQ Eastern Naval Command & DGNP Visakhapatnam is recruiting 49 candidates for the post of – Multi Tasking Staff (Industrial/ Non-Industrial) and Civilian Motor Driver. Interested and eligible candidates may apply only on prescribed application format (See PDF below). Educational norms and eligibility criteria in brief are given below —

1. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): 12 Nos. (Gen—6; OBC—3; SC—2; ST—1). Ex-serviceman—1 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and must possess a driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles plus one year driving experience
Age: 18 to 25yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

2. Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Industrial)
— Peon: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—1). PH—1
— Chowkidar: 17 Nos. (Gen—9; OBC—5; SC—2; ST—1). Ex-serviceman—2 Nos.
— Safaiwala: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—1). PH—1.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent
Age: 18 to 27yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

3. Multi Tasking Staff (Industrial)
— Semi-skilled Worker/ Unskilled labour Tradesman Mate: 14 Nos. (Gen—7; OBC—4; SC—2; ST—1). Ex-serviceman—2 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent
Age: 18 to 25yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

Age Relaxation: Age will be counted as on 24/03/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may prepare the Application form on plain paper as per the given format (See PDF below). The Application form shall be enclosed with testimonials in support of eligibility. A passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer shall be affixed on the form.
Candidates shall also enclose one Self-Addressed envelope (23×11 cms) duly affixed with postal stamp of Rs.10/-
Superscribe the top of the application containing envelope with – “APPLICATION FOR THE POST_______, CATEGORY__________”.

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures is to be sent by REGISTERED/ SPEED POST at the following address — “The Director General, Office of the Director General Naval Project, Naval Base-Post, Visakhapatnam—530014 (Andhra Pradesh)”, so as to reach on or before 24th March,2014 (31/03/2014 for candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep)
