Eastern Railway is recruiting 15 Nurses on full time contractual basis upto 30.6.2011. Interested candidates can apply for the post if meets the below mentioned requirements.
Name of the Posts: Staff Nurse (Group C)
No. of vacant posts: 15 Nos. (Gen-12; SC-1; ST-1; OBC-1)
The appointment will be on contractual basis which will last upto 30.6.2011
Required qualification: Candidates should posses a certificate as Registered Nurses and Mid-wife and have passed three years Courses in General Nursing and Mide-wifery from a School of Nursing or any other recognized school by I.N.C. or B.Sc. (Nursing). Candidates having done Sahayak Nurse Mid-wife, Mid-Wife or ‘B’ Grade Nurse from Indian Nursing Council Short Course can also apply.
Age should be between 18yrs to 40 yrs as on 1.1.2009, SC/ST candidates will receive 5 yrs and OBC candidates will receive 3yrs as a relaxation on age. Pay will be Rs. 17655 only.

- Attested copies of Age, Educational, Training/Course certificates and etc
- 3 nos recent passport size photograph, one affixed in application form with attestation from Gazetted Officer and other 2 copy should be enclosed with the application form.
