The eligibility of Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL) Executive Officer on Contract Recruitment 2024 is described below:
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Graduate with MBA/Public Policy/Public Relations with a minimum of 75% marks in BE/B.Tech & MBA.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role in Government/PSU/Private Organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Presentation and Content Writing, Data Analysis, and basic accounting procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in Public Policy/Public Relations.

ECIL Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The selection process involves candidates undergoing registration, document verification, and subsequent interviews. Shortlisted individuals will be assessed through a Personal Interview. It’s important to note that experience acquired from academic institutions, colleges, internships, or project work will not be considered during the evaluation process.

- 10th Class Certificate or School leaving certificate for Date of birth proof
- Qualification documents (BE/B.Tech & MBA/Public Policy/Public Relations) along with mark sheets
- CGPA conversion certificate (if applicable)
- Experience certificates from previous employment, specifying duration and position held. Current employment documentation such as Appointment Orders and recent pay slips are necessary if applicable.
- Category certificate (EWS/OBC/SC/ST) for reserved posts, with Non-Creamy Layer clause for OBC (not older than a year from the date of selection)

- Valid certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen, and relevant certificates for claiming age relaxation as a candidate from J&K, if applicable.
