Deployment Details:
- Tentatively 50 teacher trainers will be hired.
- The tenure of posting in Sri Lanka will be approximately 3 months (90 days) from 1st July 2024 to 30th Sept 2024.
- Locations: Kandy, Matale, Nuwara Eliya, Ratnapura, Kegalle, and Badulla.
Qualification & Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in teaching in Tamil & English is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- Bachelor’s of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from a recognized university (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience in the subject concerned for TGT (10th) and PGT (12th) level.
- Physically fit with no medical conditions that may impede service delivery during the contract term.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Fixed remuneration of INR 1,25,000 per month.
- Medical and Travel Insurance provided.
- Accommodation, local transport, and airfare to Sri Lanka are provided.
