1. CHIEF MANAGER (MINES)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.E/ B.Tech in Mining or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) 1st Class Mine Manager’s certificate of Competency (U/R).
Experience: Should have 10 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Below 42 years as on 05/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.70,000-2,00,000/-
2. SENIOR MANAGER (SYSTEMS)/ CHIEF MANAGER (SYSTEMS)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Certified consultant in SAP will be preferred.
Experience: Should have 07 years/ 10 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Below 38 years/ 42 years as on 05/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- or Rs.70,000-2,00,000/-
3. SENIOR MANAGER (PERSONNEL)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) P.G.Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or P.G. Degree/ Diploma (02 years duration) in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University/ Institute or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
Experience: Should have 07 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Below 38 years as on 05/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000-1,80,000/-
4. SENIOR MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)/ CHIEF MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA/ CMA from recognized Institute.
Experience: Should have 07 years/ 10 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Below 38 years/ 42 years as on 05/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- or Rs.70,000-2,00,000/-
5. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
ii) Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency.
Experience: Should have 03 years’ experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 05/10/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 12,200-23,000/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview.
