1. JUNIOR ENGINEERING ASSISTANT-IV (FIRE & SAFETY)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matric plus Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC-Nagpur or equivalent (regular course) from any other recognized Institute, with Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Experience: Minimum one year of post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 26 years as on 31/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.11,900-32,000/-
2. JUNIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT-IV (MATERIALS)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 45% for PwBD candidates.
Experience: i) Minimum one year of post qualification experience.
ii) Working knowledge of ERP Systems like SAP etc. will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 26 years as on 31/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.11,900-32,000/-
The vacancies are at Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara.
Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications are not eligible to apply for the above posts.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety) only):
(i) Height — 165 cm; (ii) Chest (unexpanded) — 81 cm; (iii) Chest (expanded) — 86.5 cm; (iv) Weight — 50 Kg
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test (SPPT). The Written Test is likely to be held on 10/02/2019 at Vadodara.
